A team member captured this image after seven hours in the sun, 5 hours waxing skis, 1 cup of coffee, no lunch, 1 national champion and ready for sleep – and loving every second. That said, my office this week has a fantastic view of the Colorado Rockies and I work with a brilliant group of young adults. Each works hard every single day to be the best they can at all parts of their life.

I’m vicariously enjoying your week via the great web site. Keep up the good race results and send more news. I think of you while I’m out skiing the local trails!

Kris, your dedication and countless hours spent training (waxing….) and guiding our youth does not go unnoticed! We are all very thankful and appreciative for all your hard work and genuine love that you give to all of your athletes. You have a way to challenging them to the next level and you do that as a friend! Please know that all you invest in our youth of today is helping to form the next generation and is most appreciated. You are a true role model which filters down to our children so they can do the same to others. THIS is what it is all about. Many, many thanks!!!
